Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026 Website: CRNetworkingSolutions.com Contact: crnetworkingsolutions@gmail.com

Private Means Private

At CRNetworkingSolutions.com ("CRNetworkingSolutions," "we," "us," or "our"), private means private.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or broker personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or allow third parties to use it for their own independent marketing. We collect and use only the information reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and bill for our website, web-hosting, domain-related, and associated services; comply with law; and protect our customers, systems, and the public.

Some limited disclosure is necessary to operate a hosting service—for example, to payment processors, infrastructure providers, domain registrars, or when legally required. Those situations are described below. They do not change our commitment: customer information is not a product.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we handle when you:

  • visit CRNetworkingSolutions.com;
  • create or use an account;
  • purchase or use hosting, domain-related, support, or other services;
  • contact us, submit a support ticket, or otherwise communicate with us; or
  • administer a website or service hosted by us.

This policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of customer websites hosted on our infrastructure. Each customer controls the personal information collected through their own website and is responsible for providing any privacy notice and obtaining any consent required for that data. When we handle that data only to provide hosting to a customer, we generally act as the customer's service provider or processor.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Information you provide

  • Account and contact information: name, business or organization name, email address, telephone number, postal or billing address, username, and account preferences.
  • Order and billing information: products ordered, billing address, transaction identifiers, payment status, invoices, refunds, and related records. Payment-card or bank information may be collected directly by our payment processor. We do not intentionally store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on our own systems unless we expressly tell you otherwise.
  • Domain-registration information: when domain services are offered, registrant, administrative, technical, and billing contact details required by the applicable registrar, registry, or domain-name rules.
  • Communications: support tickets, emails, chat messages, troubleshooting details, abuse reports, and any files or information you choose to send us.
  • Account verification and security information: information used to authenticate you, verify ownership, prevent fraud, recover an account, or investigate security incidents.

Information collected automatically

  • Website and account logs: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, date and time, session or cookie identifiers, login activity, and error logs.
  • Hosting and network logs: server requests, IP addresses, timestamps, bandwidth use, resource use, authentication events, email-system logs, DNS activity, security events, and other technical records needed to deliver and protect the service.
  • Approximate location: a general location inferred from an IP address for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. We do not need precise GPS location for ordinary hosting services.

Customer content and hosted data

Our systems may store or transmit websites, databases, email, backups, logs, files, and other content uploaded or controlled by customers ("Customer Content"). Customer Content may contain personal information selected and controlled by the customer. We do not use Customer Content for advertising, sell it, or mine it to build marketing profiles.

We access Customer Content only when reasonably necessary to:

  • provide support requested or authorized by the customer;
  • maintain, secure, back up, migrate, or restore the service;
  • investigate malware, spam, abuse, fraud, attacks, or violations of our terms;
  • prevent imminent harm; or
  • comply with a valid legal obligation or lawful process.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information only for legitimate operational purposes, including to:

  • create, authenticate, administer, and secure accounts;
  • provision and deliver hosting, domain-related, and other requested services;
  • process payments, issue invoices, apply credits, and maintain transaction records;
  • provide technical and customer support;
  • monitor availability, performance, resource use, and service reliability;
  • detect and prevent fraud, spam, malware, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats;
  • communicate about orders, renewals, expirations, maintenance, security, policy changes, and support matters;
  • enforce our agreements and acceptable-use rules;
  • comply with tax, accounting, regulatory, and other legal requirements; and
  • improve our services using aggregated or de-identified information where reasonably possible.

We may send optional marketing messages about our own services only when permitted by law. You may unsubscribe at any time. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential account, billing, security, support, renewal, or service notices.

4. When We Disclose Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or broker personal information. We do not disclose personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose only the information reasonably necessary in these limited situations:

Service providers and subprocessors

We may use carefully selected providers for infrastructure, data-center and server services, network connectivity, DDoS protection, backups, domain registration, payment processing, fraud prevention, email delivery, customer support, monitoring, and other functions necessary to operate the service. They may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise required by law, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Domain registrars and registries

If you purchase or manage a domain through us, required registration information must be provided to the applicable registrar, registry operator, escrow provider, or other domain authority. Some registration information may be published or made available through domain-registration data services when required by applicable rules or law. Privacy or proxy protection, when offered, may reduce public display but does not eliminate required processing or lawful disclosure.

Legal process, safety, and abuse prevention

We may preserve or disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful process; respond to an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury; protect the rights and security of customers, CR Networking Solutions, or others; or investigate fraud, attacks, malware, spam, child exploitation, or other unlawful or abusive activity.

Where legally permitted, we will seek to limit disclosure to what is required and may notify the affected customer. We cannot promise notice when the law prohibits it, when an emergency makes notice impractical, or when notice could compromise an investigation or security.

Business changes

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of the business, information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor must honor this policy for information collected under it unless users receive legally required notice and choices. Customer information will not be sold separately as a data asset for advertising or data-broker purposes.

At your direction

We may disclose information when you request or authorize us to do so, such as when you ask us to coordinate with your developer or another provider.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary for account login, session management, security, shopping-cart and checkout functions, preferences, and reliable operation of the website.

If we use optional analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law. We do not use cookies to sell personal information or to enable third parties to build advertising profiles from your activity on our service.

You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account, checkout, or other site functions from working correctly.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to provide active services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the sensitivity of the information, operational need, contractual commitments, backup cycles, and applicable law.

In general:

  • active account and service information is kept while the account or service remains active;
  • billing, transaction, tax, and accounting records may be kept for the period required by applicable law;
  • support, security, and abuse records are kept as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, prevent recurrence, and establish or defend legal claims;
  • server, access, and security logs are kept for a limited operational and security period unless longer retention is necessary for an incident, dispute, or legal requirement;
  • after termination, Customer Content is deleted or made inaccessible according to our service-deletion and backup cycles, unless retention is required by law or agreed with the customer; and
  • backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup rotation and are not returned to active use except for disaster recovery, security, or legal necessity.

Deletion from a live system may not immediately remove residual copies from backups, security archives, or records we must retain. When retention is no longer justified, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate the information.

Customers should maintain independent backups and remove their Customer Content before canceling a service. Account cancellation is not a substitute for exporting data you wish to keep.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Depending on the system, these safeguards may include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication protections, logging, monitoring, backups, patching, and limits on staff access.

No hosting provider or internet transmission can guarantee absolute security. Customers are also responsible for using strong, unique passwords; protecting account credentials; enabling available security features; keeping their applications and websites updated; properly configuring their services; and promptly notifying us of suspected compromise.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers or infrastructure operate. Those countries may have privacy laws different from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • know whether we process your personal information and obtain access to it;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • request deletion of personal information;
  • request a portable copy of certain information;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent when processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of marketing communications;
  • appeal a denial of a privacy request; and
  • lodge a complaint with an applicable privacy or data-protection authority.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising applicable privacy rights. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out needed for our current practices.

To submit a request or appeal, email crnetworkingsolutions@gmail.com. Please describe your request and the account or email address involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law, but we may require proof of authorization and identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Some information cannot be deleted or disclosed when an exception applies—for example, when it is needed to complete a transaction, secure the service, retain required financial records, protect another person's rights, comply with law, or establish or defend legal claims.

10. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

For purposes of applicable U.S. state privacy laws, the categories of personal information we may have collected during the preceding 12 months are described in Section 2. The business purposes for collection and use are described in Section 3. The categories of recipients and purposes for disclosure are described in Section 4.

We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 for those purposes. We use sensitive personal information, if any, only for permitted purposes such as providing requested services, processing payments, securing accounts, and preventing fraud—not to infer characteristics about individuals.

Our retention approach is described in Section 6, and request instructions are in Section 9.

11. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, we generally process information:

  • to perform a contract or take steps requested before entering one, such as provisioning hosting or processing an order;
  • for legitimate interests, such as securing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the service, preventing fraud and abuse, and protecting legal rights, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • to comply with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and lawful process; or
  • with consent, for optional processing where consent is required. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

CR Networking Solutions is the controller for account, billing, website, and direct customer-relationship information. For personal information contained in Customer Content that we process solely on a hosting customer's instructions, the customer is generally the controller and CR Networking Solutions is generally the processor. Requests concerning that Customer Content should normally be directed to the customer that controls the relevant website or service.

12. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Customers operating child-directed websites or services are responsible for complying with applicable children's privacy laws.

13. Data Breaches and Security Incidents

If a security incident affects personal information, we will investigate, contain, and remediate it as appropriate. We will notify affected customers, individuals, regulators, or others when and as required by applicable law. Customers must promptly notify us of suspected compromises involving their hosted services or accounts and cooperate with reasonable security measures.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date. If a change materially reduces privacy protections or materially changes how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when required by law. We will not retroactively turn previously collected personal information into a product for sale or unrelated advertising.
