Your CRNS account is now easier to reach from your phone. Install the CRNS Client Portal App to open your account directly from your Home Screen without searching for the website or navigating through browser tabs.

Why install the CRNS Client Portal App?

• One-tap access: Open the client portal directly from your phone’s Home Screen.
• A cleaner app-style experience: The portal opens in its own window with less browser clutter.
• Quick account management: Access your services, invoices, account information, announcements, and support tickets from one convenient place.
• No separate account required: The app uses your existing CRNetworkingSolutions client-portal login.
• Automatic updates: Because the app is connected to the live client portal, improvements are available without downloading manual updates from an app store.
• No app-store fee or purchase: Installing the portal app is free.

Privacy and security

The CRNS Client Portal App is a secure web app connected directly to cp.crnetworkingsolutions.com. It does not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.

Private portal pages—including account details, invoices, orders, and support tickets—are not saved for offline viewing. An internet connection is required to access and manage your account. This helps prevent sensitive account information from being unnecessarily stored in the app’s offline cache.

Install on Android

1. Open this page using Google Chrome on your Android phone.
2. Tap the orange Install Client Portal App button below.
3. Confirm the installation when Chrome asks.
4. The CRNS Portal icon will appear on your Home Screen or in your app list.

If Chrome does not immediately offer installation, open Chrome’s three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.

Install on iPhone or iPad

Apple requires web apps to be added through Safari:

1. Open this page in Safari.
2. Tap the Share button.
3. Choose Add to Home Screen.
4. Turn on Open as Web App if that option appears.
5. Tap Add.

The CRNS Portal icon will then appear on your Home Screen.

What happens after installation?

Opening the CRNS Portal icon takes you directly to the secure client-portal login page. Sign in with your existing CRNetworkingSolutions account to manage your services and support needs.

If you are already signed in and your session is still active, the portal may recognize your account automatically.

Removing the app

You can remove the CRNS Client Portal App at any time just like any other Home Screen app. Removing it does not delete your CRNetworkingSolutions account, services, invoices, or support history.
